Strong qual and quant skills? Results-driven and passionate about brands? Experience of managing NPD work from ideation to concept testing? This is a fab opportunity to join a top-notch FMCG business with a huge commitment to building and extending its brands via innovation and big budget A&P activity. The team strives to gain a deep understanding of consumer drivers within each of its core product categories, working closely with global brand marketing teams to guide brand strategy and operational planning.Our Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in a fast-paced and busy FMCG business is key for this challenging role, almost certainly with a robust agency-side training too. You will have been exposed to a wide range of research methodologies and enjoy seeking out new ways to get under the consumer's skin! Specific experience of innovation projects is key including managing volumetric/STM studies. Ideally you will have worked on multi-country projects and will be happy to travel overseas regularly.
