Background with a leading continuous research agency or in a client-side role?  Strong analytical thinking skills with deep understanding of retail and consumer panel data?  This is a superb opportunity to join a premier division FMCG company and use your skills to spot the market and consumer insights which it needs to drive brand growth and support innovation, promotional and commercial initiatives. In this role, you'll manage a team of insight specialists and take responsibility for delivering best in class continuous research across the business, educating and inspiring managers and building strong relationships with leading agencies.

Our Ideal Candidate

With a robust background ideally including panel and retail data and possibly store card data too, you'll be an expert in cutting through data to identify compelling insights.  In your roles to date, you'll have worked closely with marketing and commercial teams and been involved in advising on listings, promotional strategies, NPD and category/merchandising issues.  You may well have also managed some econometric modelling projects.  Strong communication and influencing skills are key.  This is a role where you need to get your point across succinctly and effectively.  Ideally you'll have had some people management experience too.
