Due to an internal restructure they now seek a talented product or brand manager to join the category team to take on board the marketing operations for the organisation. They are also extremely well versed in Fair Trade and see this as a cornerstone of the business and have been founding members of numerous movements to provide better working conditions for underprivileged areas. Their range of coffees and teas is imported from every corner of the globe and supply the foodservice on top of the key multiples. It is an opportunity to really take control in a vibrant market that offers a multitude of options to grow both the business and your own reputation.

This role is seen as a fast track to more senior positions within the business and the right candidate must show this spark to be considered. Aspects of market analysis, merchandising, product development, branding and packaging are just a snapshot of the types of responsibility you will be expected to undertake. It is a massively varied role working within a close team with a relaxed but hardworking culture. The groundwork is already there to develop this business through marketing to develop into new markets and grow with the company.
