Double D Beverage Corp. UK Ltd. (specializing in Functional Beverages) is aggressively seeking a qualified individual to fill the newly created position of Senior Business Development Manager to oversee the growth and development of DD Functional Beverage brands in the United Kingdom and Western Europe. Reporting to the owner and working in partnership with the North American Sales and Marketing team, you will join us in our commitment to providing superior client service and the building of long-term client relationships.

Minimum Qualifications.

• Based in England (the Netherlands will be considered for the right fit). No relocation.
• Travel approximately 25%.
• College or University degree
• 5 years of successful beverage distribution experience along with strong relationships with chain category buyers, and distributors
• Proficient in Office: Outlook/Entourage, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as business math, excellent written communication skills.
• Experienced in setting and accomplishing sales objectives, planning and strategies.

For the first three months the salary will be: £40,000, after this probation period the salary will move to £55,000 for the following three months, after six months if the successful candidate has exceeded expectations and increased distribution in a profitable manner the salary will move to £70,000 along with volume and margin bonuses to be implemented. Laptop computer and mobile phone will be provided.

After two years in this position if the successful applicant has increased distribution that is profitable for DD and is showing continued volume and distribution growth, this person will be put under strong consideration for DD company shares in DD Beverage Corp. UK Ltd.
