A leading FMCG manufacturer requires a highly motivated self starter to join the firm and work on one of its flagship products as a Brand Manager. The division is renowned for its innovative marketing campaigns and famous brands.
The key responsibilities for this role will be to:
- Analyse development of category, the brand and competitors to develop brand strategy and activity plans. Monitor performance against set KPIs, develop learnings and action plans.
- Lead internal and external teams to create and implement marketing plans, designed to achieve our annual brand targets. Inform, lead and motivate relevant stakeholders in all projects. Manage the brand’s advertising and promotion budget.
- Develop detailed activation plans (message, mechanics, channels), building on brand strategy. Brief and lead agencies to deliver on target.
Essential skills:
- Project management skills.
- Use of market research tools (e.g. IRI/Nielsen).
- FMCG or related marketing experience.
- Proficient use of MS Office.
- Analytical skills.
- UK driver’s license.
- Be prepared to travel regularly within Europe.
