Commercial Brand Managers

Consumer/Household Products

M4 Corridor/West London

c£40,000 + car allowance + flexible benefits package

Due to an internal promotion and reorganisation there are fantastic opportunities to join the business as Commercial Brand Managers where you will be responsible for planning and fully managing the development and creation of European marketing materials for the consumer products in your portfolio within Europe.

As a commercial Brand Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Fully managing the marketing communications strategy to deliver innovative, effective and cost efficient marketing materials which support brand strategy
  • Contributing to the product launch strategy of new products within local European markets
  • Regularly presenting new concepts to local markets and key stakeholders
  • Managing the budget and relationship with key suppliers/agencies
  • Build mutual relationships and understandings with local markets, product managers, the brand team and other internal functions

To succeed in these exciting opportunities you will have

  • Product and post launch activity experience including ATL/BTL and maybe some TV
  • Excellent project, brand and commercial management skills
  • Worked closely with sales and category teams to deliver tailor made activity at store level
  • The ability to strongly communicate proactively at all levels
  • A drive for results, personal commitment and a can do' attitude

With a good degree, ideally business/marketing related, you will easily be able to demonstrate your successful brand management experience within a Consumer/FMCG environment.  Your proven ability to analyse and interpret data coupled with your sound commercial skills will be second to none.  With a keen interest in consumer goods, you will also have excellent organisational and communication skills.
