Senior Brand Manager

Calling all classically trained consumer marketers. A super opportunity has arisen to manage the UK strategy for this European toiletries brand. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will work collaboratively with the European Head Office to develop the long term category & brand vision & strategy. As the UK is the No.1 operating country for this brand, you have an enormous influence on the global brand direction & plans. You will manage major NPD projects from concept through to implementation, as well as the communication strategy. Managing a team of two direct reports, you will be challenging in your thinking & come to this business with a fresh pair of eyes.
Our ideal candidate
You must be a heavyweight SBM with a minimum of 7 years FMCG experience, the majority of this experience having been gained within the UK. You will have had exposure to the full marketing mix & be able to demonstrate strong commerciality. Previous man-management experience is desirable as you will manage a small team. Effective interpersonal skills are key, as well as a strong influencing & collaborative style. You will be dynamic & fast paced, with a real passion for brands & a drive for results.
