Role Purpose: To develop the trade Group Trade Marketing communications strategy and approach such that there is a holistic understanding of the principles of trade marketing across the business, its role, purpose and activities and the change management processes associated to delivering a world class trade marketing approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Development and management of an online resource that engages the business with all aspects of the trade marketing direction and offer
The generation of an internal and external series of networks that build our deeper understanding of needs within the business and needs throughout the industry
The creative management and internal / external communication surrounding the development of the brand such that it becomes the visible and inspirational face of our Customer Engagement approach
Working with the Trade Marketing department head, the development of interactive learning and capability development programs aligned to our trade strategy and tools that enhance our ability to implement and build new practise across our regions and markets. Coach the trade team in communication to the business.
Centrally develop key platforms such as trade websites for use throughout our business, consistently ensuring our approach is FMCG world class
Candidate Minimum Requirements:
Significant experience as a Communications specialist within the FMCG environment
Ability to coach effective communication
Creative mindset with an entrepreneurial approach
Significant experience in digital media and building loyalty based programs, preferably within the trade environment
