Our client is leading international FMCG business with products sold in over 160 countries worldwide. The Group currently has around 38,000 employees and operates 51 manufacturing sites across the globe.
This is an extremely high profile role and covers both operational and HR strategy You will act as deputy to the HR Director with specific focus on the Group Marketing Function globally in executing the HR Agenda across the world. You will work in accordance with the Sales and Marketing operating model. You will contribute to the establishment of relevant frameworks, processes and ways of working for the advancement of people capability development, HR tools, processes and systems, HRIS development and implementation in Group Marketing and in collaboration with Group HR.
You will be the business partner to the direct reports of the DRG to the Group Marketing Director and will partner directly specified business units.
We are looking for candidates who have international HR generalist experience within a global organization.
You will have a track record demonstrating commercial awareness, business understanding and capabilities as well as the ability to work across culture in an internationally diverse business.
