Job Description

Our Client, a major FMCG International business with an exciting portfolio of T.V advertised brands continues to grow through innovation and acquisition. There brands are market leaders with strong brand equity.
They currently have a strong and influential Category Management team and are now looking to add to there senior team.
You will manage a team of up to 7 within your category, driving the category and brand strategy of the business. This is an entrepreneurial business and you must be able to work cross-functionally with your peers. You will provide direction and leadership to your team, coaching and developing them.
Of graduate calibre, you will have strong interpersonal, influencing skills and be an innovative and creative individual. You will have 3-5 years experience within category management within a major branded FMCG manufacturer ideally with some man-management experience.
