Innovation Manager Drinks West London - £35,000 - £45,000 + car
My client is a leading premium drinks company with well-established global brands. Trading in 180 countries and with a turnover of £7.5billion, they employ 20,000 staff worldwide and have offices in 80 countries. They have a global vision and local marketing focus.
They are looking for an Innovation Manager/Sales and Marketing Manager to join a team of 4 responsible for delivering Innovation success with Great Britain. The Innovation Manager will report in to the Senior Innovation Manager and will be responsible for delivering parts of the P&L on a selection of launched products and delivering and executing launch plans for new Innovation.
The main responsibilities of the role include:
· Giving input into customer insights into Innovation projects
· Engaging commercial and sales teams to flawlessly execute the new brand launches and point of sale marketing
· Engage marketing teams to ensure brand programmes are embedded and delivered
The ideal candidate must have the following skills and experience:
· Excellent sales and marketing experience
· A good track record of using customer insight to take new products to market
· Strong analytical capabilities
· The ability to work closely with the sales team to evaluate Innovation projects
· Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and have flair and creativity
· Evidence of good leadership and influencing skills
· A good understanding of trade channels
