Working with this leading global brand you will deliver first class marketing brand campaigns to a UK wide market. Dealing with market leading products you will develop first class marketing brand and campaign materials, both above and below the line.
THE ROLE: To develop and manage commercial innovative consumer marketing campaigns and projects for the UK business ensuring that they are successfully delivered to the UK consumer market place. You will take responsibility for ensuring smooth delivery and success of full marketing projects in a very commercial environment.
Core Responsibilities:-
Manage a marketing budget for a leading first class brand, becoming fully responsible for its growth and new product development.
Formulate and help implement a marketing strategy and business planning.
Deliver highly effective focused marketing solutions that drive market share and maximise revenue and profit.
Drive brand agencies in the commissioning of blue sky strategy.
Drive passion through the brand into innovative strategy.
Understand the impact of marketing communication requirements of current and future business objectives and initiatives in order to ensure that the right level and skill of resource, technology and processes are in place to support them.
CLIENT REQUIREMENTS:
Experience of brand management within a recognised FMCG / retail brand.
Demonstrable ability in stakeholder management & project delivery.
Strong academic background, likely to include a degree.
Self-motivated but with strong team ethic and customer focus.
