Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join the marketing team of leading a cosmetics brand that has experienced unprecedented growth of sales and market penetration in a relatively short period of time. The company is looking for an innovative Brand Manager with a proven track record in marketing who can drive their brand further. This is a 9-12 month contract.

Your principal duties will be;
- To develop and execute applicable activation plans in order to deliver profit plan targets
- To identify strengths and weaknesses in the brand portfolio by conducting relevant analysis.
- To effectively sell the brand image
- To build and maintain relationships with Brand Marketing and Supply Chain in order to optimise NPD and regional strategy.
- Leadership and development of direct reports

You will be of degree calibre or equivalent and have category / brand management experience, it is desirable that this experience was gained within health and beauty but not essential. You will possess strong creative and analytical skills whilst also being able to manage both internally (sales / marketing teams) and externally (media / agencies) and co-ordinate the efforts of all marketing functions and supporting roles.

You will be given the challenging experience of interpreting and responding to FMCG trends via the business’s unique channel. You will have responsibility for all elements of the marketing mix and a high level of visibility and accountability for business results. Your hard work will be recognised with a comprehensive remuneration package.
