The Senior Online Business Manager is a core member and key contributor the companies Licensed Business Management group. This position will be managing e-Commerce operations for the world's largest sports organisation. The business management group has P&L responsibility for each e-commerce business and manages the businesses on both a strategic and day-to-day basis. This group serves as the face of the company to their partners. The licensed business management teams work internally across the technology team, partner services organisation (design services, product management, interactive marketing agency, and customer effectiveness groups), and operations groups (call centre and fulfilment centres) to drive our partners businesses and expand the overall business platform.
This individual will have the primary responsibility of managing all aspects of the partners eCommerce and catalogue businesses. They will be responsible for assuring the success of this business through proper planning, merchandising, promotion, integration, extraordinary customer service and other aspects of operational excellence.
These responsibilities include:
· Manage ECommerce Business This individual will be directly responsible for managing e-Commerce business through:
· Marketing through traditional and non-traditional internet and offline mediums such as affiliate networks, search, CSE, portal, catalogue and print
· Email marketing strategies to a large and passionate opt-in database
· Coordinating with the in-house buyers of the merchandise
· Using analytic tools to continually improve the business and customer experience.
· P&L Ownership - deliver against sales goals while managing all fixed & variable expenses directly associated with the business.
· Business Development create new/extended revenue streams with existing partners (corporate promotions, direct response, etc)
· Strategic Planning develop short and long term business direction and secure internal and external management support
