Overall Purpose of the Role:
To develop and implement a regional marketing strategy that delivers local and regional marketing activities to drive incremental sales within a region.
Key Responsibilities:
, To ensure all opportunities for marketing within your region are identified and appropriate solutions agreed upon with the RD's and MD's
, To ensure that all new openings and refurbishments within your region have the appropriate level of marketing support to achieve and exceed targeted sales
, To initiate, develop and co-ordinate traffic-driving marketing activity, which may include advertising, sales promotion, direct marketing, data management and design, with involvement from the Marketing Team and agencies as required
, To ensure that the Networking Toolkit remains up to date and relevant for your regions needs. To identify changes required that allow the internal communications manager to amend the toolkit. To ensure the effective implementation of the toolkit within your region
, To ensure all marketing activities within your region are costed and approved and delivered on budget
, To ensure all marketing creative elements within your region remain on brand
, To create appropriate briefs for agencies that allows the delivery of great marketing solutions for needs as identified
, To co-ordinate, monitor and evaluate specific local marketing plans in conjunction with RD and relevant MDs and Patraos, maintaining a 'bible' of implemented activity for future reference
