Calling all PR account managers - yes you, over there with the press clippings. As a result of winning several exciting new accounts, we are currently looking for new account managers to join a fast growing and award winning PR agency based in Hampshire…

The successful PR Account Manager will report directly into the Account Director and will be responsible for a team of executives. As PR account manager you will have the responsibility for the day-to-day running of your accounts as well as having a large role to play in developing junior members.

Your role will be to shape and be responsible for the professional service of the agency through the development of client strategies, identification of new business opportunities, effective team leadership and advanced budgeting skills. As part of your day to day role, you will be

1.Responsible for the development of client accounts
2.Manage and drive client PR activities and strategies and identify new business ideas and opportunities
3.Help to push the team to success and profitability

You will be working with a diverse and interesting list of clients, including nationally recognised brands. Ideally, you will come from a PR consultancy background, with solid experience of both client and team management. A solid background in media relations is particularly desirable.
