Product Manager Homewares Hampshire - £35,000

This homewares company has around 5000 employees with offices in the UK, US and China. They have an average turnover of £45m with a 33% growth plan over the next 2 years. Due to this expected growth they are looking for a Product Manager to take responsibility for the trade and consumer marketing for one of their brands.

You will work within a team of three and report into the Marketing Manager. You will also work closely with the UK and International Sales teams and the inhouse design team as well as the Operations department and US office.

Main responsibilities will include:

· Managing your own homewares brand, including the launch and lifecycle of each product within the portfolio
· Driving all trade and consumer marketing activity and maintaining ongoing market awareness of trends
· Working closely with UK and International sales teams to maximise sales and achieve the annual targets for the brand
· Provide full sell-in support and category data when required
· Work closely to visit and present to key customers and markets when necessary
· Contribute to the formulation of the overall marketing strategy, including producing the annual plan and controlling marketing budgets
· Grow with the role, taking on greater challengers as the organisation continues to expand its customer base, brand offerings and sales

Candidates should have the following skills and experience:

· Proven product management experience including lifecycle management and launch
· Experience of trade marketing
· Exposure to marketing within the international marketplace
· Data analysis and qualitative research skills
· Strong presentation skills and influencing skills
· Ideally you will have a marketing qualification
