Due to continued success this leading independent creative brand agency are now looking to appoint a Senior Account Manager who can prove their leadership and project delivery skills to secure Account Director status within 12/24 months.

Based in Worcester and reporting to the Managing Director you will lead a client facing account team ensuring the planning, execution and delivery of projects to time and on budget. At the heart of what you do will be to build and develop client relationships to meet profit targets and to spot opportunities for development beyond the original briefings. Further, to provide commercial leadership, direction and support to your account team to deliver client projects and assist the Directors in positioning the agency as a leading experiential and creative agency; who are proud of the work they produce for their exciting client base.

To be considered for this role you should offer substantial experience as a Senior Account Manager with previous time spent managing senior client relationships. You will also have worked in a project-delivery based environment with responsibility for delivery on time and to budget. An established account/client developer you will have proven experience of increasing billings and building strong profitable relationships.
