Marketing Manager NPD
£45,000 - £55,000 + Car + Bonus

Developing and adding to the brand vision for this superb food brand in the sauces and meals category is the challenge of this role. This is a brand with celebrity endorsement that continues to grow with imaginative A&P activity and an aggressive innovation programme. You will play a key role in shaping and driving NPD initiatives, managing projects from ideation to on-shelf presence and developing ATL and BTL activity to support launches. This a role for a true brand champion with flair and imagination!
Our Ideal Candidate
With a robust background in FMCG brand management working on well known brands, you’ll thrive in a busy and challenging working environment. In addition to your extensive experience managing ATL projects, you’ll have led NPD initiatives, managing projects from concept stage to finished product, including consumer insight, positioning, packaging and product testing. You’ll also have exceptional influencing and interpersonal skills as you will be liaising on a regular basis with a high profile individual associated with the brand.
