Job Description

One of the UK¡¦s largest specialist distributor of pharmaceutical products, employing a large work force over 20 sites in the UK. This company are continuing to grow through innovation of service and delivery of new products to the market and have recently restructured their commercial department to reflect a marketing focused approach.
Working closely with the sales team, the main purpose of this role is to help the network of customers in a specific channel to perform more successfully by assisting them with marketing communications, product marketing and sales development materials. You will be fully mobile in this role, meeting customers on a face to face business to help them analyse areas where improvements can be made and then creating materials or services or business strategies to help them achieve better sales. You will also be working closely with the brand team to help innovate new products or services that are customer specific.
Applicants currently working as Brand Managers, Trade Marketing Managers, Product Managers or in any FMCG or B2B marketing role with a provable track record of success are invited to apply if they have -
„Y This is a customer facing role so you will need to have a full driving licence so that you can travel to customer sites. We are looking for energetic candidates with get up and go and who are real self starters. This role requires candidates who are very capable of managing their own projects, taking complete ownership to liasie with internal parties as well as customers and sales teams, you will need to be creative to put your own mark on your work. Good communication skills on a verbal and written basis goes without saying, as does a passion for marketing. This role would suit candidates with a background in the retail or consumer goods area.
