To manage the sell-in of Shopper Centre performance to new FMCG clients and to support existing FMCG clients with their use of Shopper Centre performance. The primary focus is the DACH region but will also cover Switzerland, the Netherlands, Poland and is likely to extend to Austria.
Fluency in the German & English languages is essential to this role. The candidate will be based in London, but the candidate will have to travel to Germany regularly.
The candidate will be required to travel to client sites within the region for sales presentations, training sessions and on-site support days as required.
This role will suit a self-motivated candidate looking for a high degree of autonomy, and scope to manage the growth of the business in these regions.
The following is a list is not exhaustive, and reflects some of the tasks that are part of the role in the DACH region (and where required in Poland and Netherlands also):
*Drive additional sales of Shopper Centre performance to FMCG suppliers in the local markets within the region
*Lead and Manage the FMCG Client support function within FMCG businesses in the region.
*Manage the training and up-skilling of FMCG Shopper Centre performance users in the region. This will include the development or translation of training materials from English into German.
*Liaise closely with the Account Director, FMCG Solutions to coordinate on any European-wide clients, and ensure there is no clash between European and Local sales & initiatives
*Coordinate FMCG supplier contracts, invoicing and user accesses with the FMCG Client Support Manager
*Increasing and maintaining usage of all aspects of the application through constant monitoring of usage and developing marketing strategies
*Working closely with our client's Retailer Client service team in each market to reinforce our client's presence with the retailer, and ensure a consistent approach to any issues that may affect the supplier clients in that market. Acting as the representative of FMCG supplier client's interests as much as possible in this environment.
