An irresistible opportunity to work on this No.1 snack brand, where you will be pivotal in strengthening this market position! You will be a high potential, consumer orientated Brand Manager with excellent commercial skills. In exchange, this Brand Manager opportunity will give you full mix exposure, P&L responsibility for your projects & regular interaction with senior management. Reporting to the Marketing Manager & working closely with the Senior Brand Manager, you will champion strategic brand development & be responsible for the excellent execution of brand plans.
Our Ideal Candidate
You must have 3-4 years consumer marketing experience gained within the FMCG sector. You must also have UK market experience & be a passionate brand champion. You will demonstrate strong project management skills, as well as exceptional cross functional communication & leadership. You will have a real can do attitude & thrive in a very fast paced, dynamic & ever changing environment. Putting the consumer at the forefront of all you do, you will balance with this with pragmatism & sound business judgement. You must also be commercial in your thinking with experience of pricing & promotional strategies. To succeed in this role you must be tenacious with bags of resilience!
