Client Director, dunnhumby
£50,000 - £70,000 plus bonus and flexible benefits package

Reporting to the Senior Client Director/Commercial Director, you will work with in partnership with one of our high profile customers to deliver accurate, creative and actionable shopper insights from dunnhumby’s tools, analysis and consultancy. Key to your success in this role will be your ability to deliver a consistent, quality service to our valued customers and create robust relationships cross-functionally and at all levels of the client organisation.

With a proven track record in managing a high profile relationship with an FMCG manufacturer or retailer, you will ideally have some experience of leading/implementing projects with a strong analytical content to deliver insight or recommendations to a client.

Taking on this role will require the profitable running of your account, management of budgets and third party costs as well as managing and developing junior members of the account management team. You will be tenacious and calm in challenging situations and be able to see things clearly from a customer perspective. You will also be willing and able to travel to client sites as and when necessary.
