Job Description

An established field marketing agency is looking for a Retail Merchandising Manager to work as a full-time implant in the offices of one of their globally recognised home entertainment clients. The purpose of the role is to manage the client merchandising solution. You will work with key stakeholders to maximise the ROI from merchandising.

Reporting to the Client Service Director, you will be responsible for the key metrics of coverage and call file optimisation, on shelf availability, incremental space and facings, campaign compliance, delivery against budget and general merchandising ROI. You will also be required to drive store incentives and act as project lead for cross-category events. You will also have to liaise with BDM and CMM to understand the retailer plans.

The ideal candidate will have retailer experience and will be very familiar with the home entertainment category. You will be highly numerate and will be able to manage a budget. You will be able to develop relationships and will have a proven track record in Field Merchandising Management.
