Customer Marketing Manager

Calling all FMCG trade experts! This dynamic food manufacturing expert seeks an exceptional Customer Marketing Manager who will be tasked with driving distribution, profitable sales & brand/category growth, supporting the sales team with sell-in, execution, promotional planning, brand/category development & giving clear communication & direction clearly aligned to brand plans & key company drivers. Excited yet? Can you handle this high profile responsibility?
Our Ideal Candidate
You will have previously held a customer/trade marketing role, a commercially driven brand role or an executionally driven sales/buyer role. Your decision making authority will be high, so you must demonstrate strong influencing skills in terms of target setting by account, execution investment, activity & launch priorities, range prioritisation & promotional strategies. You must have a solid understand of the UK grocery retail channel & be a self starter with a "solution based" approach. Your commerciality will be exceptional & you will be able to give examples of effective brand strategy building, which has been qualified with market data & consumer insight. Line management experience would also be an advantage in this role.
