Your Profile

As a successful candidate on this Graduate Management Trainee Scheme you will be a graduate with or expecting a 2.1 degree or above in any discipline looking for your first step towards a career in management. In order to apply for this Graduate Management Training Scheme you must have a minimum of 3 Bs at Alevel teamed with strong GCSE grades. To gain a place on this Graduate Management Trainee Scheme you will an intelligent and entrepreneurial individual, looking for a challenge. With excellent communication skills and proven leadership abilities, for this Graduate Trainee Management Scheme it is important that you are commercially aware, and work experience in a business or leadership environment is essential. Applicants applying for this Graduate Trainee Management Scheme must be looking to join a structured graduate scheme, and have strong reasons as to why this is the right career path for them.

The Role

The successful graduates will embark on an 18 month structured management scheme, and start your journey with 3 months intensive training. You will be subjected to a variety of secondments, which will provide you first hand experience of a number of management roles, including sales and marketing, national accounts, logistics and finance opportunities. As a Graduate on this management scheme you will be fast tracking your career and given responsibility from day one. You will be required to deliver against set objectives. On completion of the graduate scheme you will be ready to start your career, and be placed in a suitable position of management. This Graduate Management Trainee scheme will be starting in September 2009.
