Group Brand Manager - 12mth contract

How do you fancy full mix responsibility for one of the UK's top 5 crisps & snacks brands? And how do you fancy driving a brand proposition centred around fun? This is an extremely high profile role for either a heavyweight SBM, or GBM, with UK FMCG experience. A highly strategic role, this is a super opportunity for an ambitious team player who wants to make a difference & champion their thinking through the business. The GBM will be responsible for developing & delivering the growth strategy, including both innovation & Core base business development. You will be the person leading the long term brand plan development & you will have bags of passion & enthusiasm! Your influencing & leadership skills will be second to none. You will be able to start immediately as this is a 12mth maternity cover contract.
Our Ideal Candidate
You will have a strong track record of brand marketing success & be able to demonstrate where you've driven real business growth. You will have excellent consumer orientation, balanced with very strong commercial awareness. It is essential for you to have a "can do" attitude, for you to be able to breakdown barriers & to demonstrate your excellent stakeholder management skills. You will have experience of brand strategy & communications development, as well as experience in launching NPD. Man management experience would be an advantage.
