HEAD OF MARKETING SERVICES - LEADING CORPORATE RETAIL COMPANY

Are you retail brand specialist who can offer insight and recommendations for a 'big brand' service industry to help them produce distinctive and highly effective customer communications..?

The Company?

· Leading corporate competing in the postal and logistics market place within both b2b and b2c

· Strong market leading presence

· Offer over 170 products and services from postal, financial/banking and travel.

The Role?

· Head of Marketing Services for the retail B2C brands

· Member of the senior marketing team who will lead on all issues affecting the customer proposition.

· Act as customer champion in all marketing communications

· Responsible for over-arching channel strategy

· Manage brand compliance, format design.

· Exploit customer insight and develop recommendations

· Recommend promotional activities to support sales team and in store promotions

· Manage a team of 40 which includes insight, brand, format and competitor intelligence

· Manage external marketing and advertising agencies

The Candidate?

· Looking for marketing professional who has had extensive experience in B2C, service industry and big brand sectors.

· Excellent experience in defining brands and embedding that brand within business areas.

· Inspirational individual

· Excellent leader who can motivate and develop a team

· Graduate and MBA or equivalent
