Interim Innovation Project Manager
£30,000 - £34,000 + Benefits Pro Rata
Based London

Creatively driven and commercially astute? Results-oriented and enthusiastic? Can you transform ideas into winning market concepts? In this challenging 3 month interim role with a massive FMCG business, you’ll work with internal marketing and product development teams to develop new and revitalised products/brands for the foodservice market. This will include products used by professional chefs as well as confectionery based products for major leisure/restaurant groups. This role offers you the opportunity to truly influence business growth by playing a leading part in the development of key innovation and renovation initiatives for existing and new products. Initially 3 month contract with possibility of extension/perm role.

Our Ideal Candidate

Our client is open to different levels of experience for this exciting role, however a passion for innovation and a strong consumer empathy are essential. You will be able to lead the process of transforming ideas into winning end products. Commercially aware, you will have a proven track record of first class project leadership and delivery within brand marketing or product development. Experience within the food industry would be an advantage, ideally working in the foodservice or out-of-home sector.
