International Marketing Focus *Leading FMCG-Wines and Spirits *Hghly Influential Role
Due to exciting growth a fantastic opportunity has become available for an Innovative Marketing Manager to join this dynamic team in a highly influential role.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing the development of key market brand plans that will be in line with brand planning guidelines and aligned with global brand plan.
- Developing insight into the European and Emerging Markets and monitoring brand performance, which will be a key contribution to the regional sales performance and the marketing team .
- Communicating brand developments and guidelines to distributors and develop above the line budgets, advertising, communication and media plans and materials.
- Working with the Category Insight Manager you will define objectives and develop appropriate research to gain consumer and market insight for key markets
- Monitor market and brand performance developing appropriate tracking studies as necessary.
- Setting up and implementing annual brand review & planning process in key markets in line with regional planning cycle
- Working with Regional, Country and Business Managers you will set priorities and plan budgets. As well as developing regional advertising, sponsorship and communications plans in line with global guidelines & regional sales strategies.
- Adapting advertising to local market needs and developing new advertising as required in line with global & regional strategy.
- Working with Public Relations Managers and local agencies to develop and implement key market PR plan, manage development and launch of NPD in line with global / regional strategy
Experience And Qualifications
- Trade and Brand Management experience at a similar level preferably in an FMCG environment - wine industry highly desirable
- WSET or similar wine education desired.
- Tertiary Qualifications Marketing & Business
- Experience working within a fast moving environment with the ability to multi-task
- Above and below the line Marketing FMCG brand development
- Experience in managing and motivating people
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
- A second European Language would be desirable
