My client continues to be one of the leaders in the global home entertainment market and boasts some of the most iconic titles in their categories. With offices all over the globe, over 7000 employees and revenues of over $5 billion, this role is based at their UK Headquarters which boasts a unique working environment and offers fantastic career development.

THE ROLE
Working on the hottest titles in the market at the moment, the Marketing Manager role helps to lead one of the most successful teams on a European scale. Reporting to European Marketing Director, you will be entirely responsible for developing brand strategy for the UK and Northern European territories. Managing a team of Brand Managers to help execute the strategy in the markets, this is a senior position within the business unit. The Marketing Manager will hold the £multi-million marketing and communications budget, and develop creative, commercial and product development strategies across the European markets.

THE PERSON
Ideally from an FMCG and / or Entertainment marketing background, the Marketing Manager will be experienced in designing and developing marketing strategy for a consumer brands. This is a senior level brand management role and a creative position. The Marketing Manager will need to have
? Solid Brand planning and strategy management and execution experience
? profit and loss management experience
? a background in brand management in FMCG, Home Entertainment or Consumer Goods
? Any experience in the European market would be a benefit but by no means essential
