Retail Marketing Manager

£50,000 plus car and other benefits

Based: West of London

A super opportunity for an experienced Retail Marketing Manager to make a difference in a fast paced and hands-on marketing role. You will be expected to initiate and implement brand and consumer communication campaigns, working to agreed budgets and ensuring that all activity is in line with the broader business strategy. Your responsibilities are broad, from ATL and BTL work, price and promotions activity as well as insight analysis and commercial / sales tracking measurement - this is a great job for a non-precious retail marketing specialist!

Our Ideal Candidate

We have been given one non-negotiable element in the right candidate - they must have instore promotions experience from a major retailer! Beyond that, all the classic retail marketing experience would be expected: outstanding and broad communications; experience with multi-site environments; fast-pace and hands-on style. You will have worked on both above and below the line campaigns, been involved in pricing and promos work and as the role comes with one direct report, ideally had some people management experience too.
