Our Ideal Candidate
You will probably be working at SBM or possibly MM level already and will have come from a classic FMCG brands background with a rigorous training and development process including ATL and NPD work. You must have a strong business brain and enjoy being financially accountable but at the same time have exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, able to motivate and energize those around you – persuading people to come on board with your ideas rather than dictating. Strong strategic and conceptual thinking skills are essential as is the ability to spot market and consumer trends and translate them into clear recommendations and action. Working in this complex structure, you need to be able to handle the day to day ‘nittty-gritty’ as well as the ‘big picture’. Budgets are high but structures are lean. Experience of on and off trade would be advantageous.
