Our Ideal Candidate

  

A classic training in a leading FMCG environment with a robust understanding of the UK grocery market is a pre-requisite for this role.  You will have gained broad exposure across the mix with a track record of driving brand growth via smart strategic and commercial thinking, innovative and clever A&P and innovation strategies that tantalise the consumer.  A real passion for marketing and brands goes without saying - we are looking for someone who can use their skills and energies to bring new ideas and add value to everything he or she looks after.  Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence cross-functionally is key to this role; you'll be someone who can energize teams across the business by selling' a compelling vision and securing buy-in to your brand plans and initiatives.
