Senior Brand Manager - FT Contract
£55K - £67K Package + Benefits

Smart, commercially astute FMCG marketer required to take on a challenging interim role looking after a long-established food brand with great development potential. Working on initiatives that span the FMCG and foodservice sectors, you'll lead brand and strategic planning - identifying new growth opportunities, developing and launching new products and managing A&P, PR and digital initiatives. This is a role in which you'll work closely with the sales and trade marketing functions - driving the brand forward in key accounts and leading trade and consumer promotional activity. Contract min 1 year but could well extend.
Our Ideal Candidate
Proven success in a leading FMCG environment is a pre-requisite for this challenging role possibly with some experience of foodservice/B2B channel too. Commercially savvy with strong analytical skills and a good grasp of continuous consumer research data, you'll enjoy working in a fluid and dynamic environment in which you'll need to own and drive business priorities. You will have gained broad exposure across the mix with close involvement in A&P, insight, innovation/NPD and design work with a passion for making things happen. You'll also be used to running cross-functional teams, ideally with some people management experience too.
