Do you want to work on a fun brand that will give you exposure to the full mix? This is a great opportunity to take on responsibility for this iconic brand that is loved the world over. Working in this lean team environment you will have responsibility for 1 direct report. This is a key time to join the brand as your role is to re-invigorate the brand by developing ground breaking innovation and supporting this with ATL activity.
Our ideal candidate
You will have a strong background in FMCG brand marketing with a proven track record of achievement. UK grocery experience is essential. You will have experience of managing a wide portfolio of brands and have a very strong commercial acumen and strong strategic thinking skills. You must be able to operate in an unprocessed environment and have a very flexible and adaptable style. Strong influencing and interpersonal skills are key. You will have a passion for brands and an excellent financial acumen.
