This is a full mix Field Manager role that will offer great exposure and experience within FMCG sales and marketing. Responsible for a team of 6 you will run first class consumer marketing events, initiate below the line retail promotions and support new product launches. You will work closely with the Client Account Manager, motivate and organise your team to produce excellent results. With a fantastic support and operations team behind you, you will get the chance to work with and develop enthusiastic field marketers; ensuring top class service levels are maintained and exceeded!
His is role not for the fainthearted! We are looking for a dynamic, driven Field Manager who works best under tight deadlines on a variety of projects. With superb communication and presentation skills, you will be commercially astute, have a strong experience in managing a team and open to travel. You can come from a field sales or field marketing background, ideally with consume or retail experience.
