Marketing Analyst

MARKET LEADER: Still growing by 5 new stores a year is a reflection of the strength of our clients business. Established back in 1994, they've continued to grow, culminating in their market leading status.

THE ROLE: The Marketing Analyst is an integral member of their customer insight team, playing a key role in understanding their customers and driving customer behaviour. The role encompasses four main areas: Delivering insightful, actionable and timely analysis and reporting of their customer base to marketing and the business teams to support business decisions. Implementing and recommending circulation and segmentation strategies and analysis across all stages of the customer lifecycle from acquisition through loyalty and winback. Ensuring the quality and accuracy of the customer file. Executing campaign files for various marketing efforts both on and offline.

ABOUT YOU: You'll have strong quantitative, analytical and creative problem-solving skills. With the ability to translate data and analysis into marketing insights, you'll also possess the ability to communicate with various internal teams.

THE PACKAGE:

Basic Salary - £20 - £25,000

Benefits - Healthcare, Pension, 25 Days + Stats
