Are you style conscious & interested in fashion? This is a super opportunity to work with one of the most exciting manufacturers in the health & beauty sector. With full mix responsibility, you will work with the Marketing Director to define brand strategy for Europe & the Middle East, as well as implement the plan for the UK market. This health & beauty expert spans a number of segments from premium, though to everyday, with an exciting NPD pipeline of new brands & line extensions. Having recently restructured to enable even more autonomy & clarity of focus, this role will result in quick delivery to market & immediate results.
Our Ideal Candidate
You must have a strong background in consumer marketing within the FMCG sector, & it is imperative that you have experience of the UK grocery channel. You will be a strong strategic thinker, lifting your head to see the bigger picture, as well as someone with the leadership skills to make things happen. Your interpersonal skills will be considered excellent as relationship building will be a key part to this role. Classic brand management & full mix experience is a must. You will probably have c.3+ years experience & be 12-18 months away from Senior Brand Manager level.
