Job Description

My client is one of the world's leading FMCG businesses. With over £400m worth of retail sales each year, they are one of the fastest growing beverage manufacturers in the U.K.


As Shopper Marketing Controller you will be responsible for leading the channel team to ensure the effective delivery of the brand message' at the point of purchase.  The successful incumbent will take ownership for the strategic development plan inline with the key purchase drivers (In Store Display, In Store Communication, Promotions, Events & Experiences) and will lead the development of all key point of purchase materials to ensure maximum brand visibility. In addition, they will motivate, coach and develop a team of shopper marketing managers and work closely with internal stakeholders to maximise the businesses return on investment. 


The ideal candidate will currently be working within a shopper/trade marketing role for a leading blue chip looking for the next step up.
