Brand Manager/Senior Brand Manager – 6 month contract
£30,000 - £45,000 (dependent upon experience)
Based: South Coast

Are you a driving force to be reckoned with? A true brand champion who can hit the floor running & support the delivery of exciting brand plans & profitable growth ambitions? You will proactively manage the full marketing mix for this “development brand” & contribute to the overall strategy of the house brand, where you will work closely with the Marketing Manager & Marketing Director. A small marketing team, where you will have flexibility, autonomy & the opportunity to make a difference. This is a 6 month contract role to support the team through an extremely busy period.

Our Ideal Candidate
You could be a very heavyweight ABM, a BM or one year in SBM, but you must have consumer marketing experience gained within the FMCG sector & primarily gained within the UK. You will balance a commercial approach with strong consumer empathy. You will be a confident communicator, a leader & be able to demonstrate effective influencing skills, as you will be recommending plans & action throughout the business at all levels. Experience of ATL & BTL communications is key, as well as agency management. You will also have had experience of working with the commercial teams on pricing & promotional strategies, which complement your plans for the brand.
