In these challenging roles, youll work with major clients, often working on an international platform using your skills and flair to define clear marketing and brand strategies, develop clear positionings and innovation and advise on communications strategies. Youll consistently see the big picture but will also understand the detail ensuring that strategic recommendations are practical and realistic and that you obtain buy-in from both your clients and your project team.

 

Our Ideal Candidate

 

Already operating at a senior level, most likely in a client-side marketing role, youll be pondering where the next challenge is coming from. Your experience will include extensive brand and portfolio planning work together with hands-on advertising and brand development work. You will be familiar with consumer insight and enjoy trying to understand consumer motivations and turning insights into business recommendations. You will be a high-impact and confident individual who enjoys selling your ideas: at the same time, you will have empathy and cultural sensitivity with the ability to influence and motivate diverse teams.
