This role works on a global portfolio within major developed markets and you will be responsible for driving best practice or global solutions by aligning the key markets behind your strategy and plans.

Our Ideal Candidate

You will already have a proven track record in brand management and innovation gained within another rigorous FMCG environment. You will have exceptional influencing and communication skills and have the credibility and maturity to gain buy in from senior stakeholders. You will have proven leadership skills, being able to drive projects directly or oversee the activity of an indirect report. A culturally flexible and diverse style is essential as well as strong collaborative, team working skills. Strong strategic vision is key but above all the ability to deliver and bring successful innovation to market. Your style will be passionate and energetic and your academic background should be excellent. You must be happy with frequent international travel.
