Senior Brand Manager
£45,000 - £50,000 + Car + Bonus
Based West of London

True consumer champion needed for this long established brand in the packaged food market. In this classic FMCG role, you’ll lead the consumer agenda for a major product range – managing ongoing product improvement, pricing and range development, as well as driving integrated ATL and BTL activity working with major agencies. Innovation and renovation are both key to this category and our client seeks a marketer who can think laterally and use his/her skills to bring energy and passion to the category.

Our Ideal Candidate

With a classic brand training ideally in a leading FMCG business and almost certainly at BM and probably SBM level, you’ll be looking for the next challenge to move your career forward. You’ll be a strong strategic thinker who can get his/her point across quickly and is not afraid to challenge existing thinking, and you will of course have experience spanning ATL and BTL development, consumer insight, NPD and packaging design. This role needs a strong project manager who can run sometimes large cross-functional teams and is aware of both commercial and brand issues. Familiarity with retail audit and consumer panel data would also be useful.
