Job Description

In this exciting role you will form part of a high performing team who has a real influence on the strategy of this UK beer and cider bottling company in a fantastic, newly created role.

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director you will develop brand led campaigns that drive sales and market share primarily through the off-trade channels, involving major multiples and wholesalers. A key part of this role will be your ability to develop, execute and evaluate brand campaigns. Supported by a Marketing Executive, you will control all ATL and BTL activities to generate and maintain brand awareness. You will be expected to utilise your drinks industry contacts and develop new and existing relationships within the trade. With full budget responsibility this is a hands on role requiring an outgoing individual with a can do attitude and a breadth of brand led marketing experience, delivering hard-working campaigns.

In order to be considered for this role it is essential you have previous experience within the drinks industry. You will need to have a proven ability in applying traditional brand/category management techniques, have Off-trade sales sector exposure, and experience of taking a brand to market and being involved in ATL/BTL activities, NPD, Promotions & T.V. Having an understanding of manufacturing processes/environment would be and advantage. You need to have the ability to work well on your own and as part of a team, have a positive, 'can do' approach, and ability to present information effectively and influentially.
