Customer Marketing Manager - Campina

BACKGROUND
Campina is an international organisation with a turnover of £3 billion, supplying dairy products on a global scale, with its UK office in Horsham.
Yazoo, manufactured by Campina, is a £65m brand in the UK and the UK's No. 1 flavoured milk, in a category which is driving growth for total soft drinks.

RESPONSIBILITIES
In this exciting and influential new role, reporting directly to the Managing Director, and based in Horsham, you will be responsible for identifying and developing relevant and actionable category insights, plans and strategies. You will then need to ensure their successful implementation, working together with the Sales and Marketing team, with the key objectives of driving profit growth for the business and maximising overall category performance.

You will need to work closely with the Director of Brands to input and shape the development and communication of the Campina Brand portfolio, and you will be responsible for ensuring the best effective communication of all PR and brand activities both internally; and externally to customers, sales partners, and trade publications.

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE / COMPETENCIES
Ambitious and decisive, you'll ideally be a graduate with experience of working with a blue chip FMCG business, with a demonstrable understanding of the relevance and applicability of effective Category Management and Shopper Marketing initiatives.

You understand the role and importance of consumers in the development of branded propositions; and can demonstrate a successful track record in your exposure and dealings with major retailers at head office level.

Your inspiring communication skills, together with your analytical problem solving abilities and sound business judgement, enables you to win the hearts and minds of consumers, customers and colleagues alike.
