The Role

We are searching for a brand driven Account Director who is capable of leading a team of account handlers and creatives overseeing and guiding the creative output on behalf of a wide variety of clients in the Retail, FMCG and Corporate arenas.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, brand design, and Retail/FMCG, and proven ability to lead a team and build successful and profitable relationships with clients.

The Person

A graduate calibre marketer with over seven+ years agency experience of working on design projects Retail/FMCG/Brand clients  within a brand design agency

Someone with a real passion for design in all its forms

A highly commercial individual with strong leadership skills

A real understanding of strategic marketing

With the ability to inspire and lead a team, getting the best out of them

With the ability to develop strong and profitable relationships
