Job Description

THE COMPANY This company are have been producing leading brands in products for the home, education crafts and gifts and have strong heritage. Currently experiencing some strong growth we are looking to strengthen their marketing team with this key role. THE ROLE Reporting to the head of marketing this is a great position to really grow and develop your existing experience and exposure to product management. Working on your own range of products, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the new product development process of branded and licensed products, from idea creation to pricing and launch plans. You will be involved with producing marketing literature and sales materials as well as sales monitoring and adjusting specific plans and route to market strategies. THE PERSON You will already have started your career in product or brand management from a consumer goods industry. You will be aware of the product development process and commercial arguments to launch new skus to the market and analysis of their performance. In conjunction with this you will need a good all round grounding in marketing fundamentals such as advertising, media plans and promotions through to packaging and brand management.
