Senior Account Manager/Account Director/Group Account Director
Our client is one of Manchester's most sought after integrated agencies with a highly successful PR team, who are now looking for the right senior PR professional to join their team at a minimum level of Senior Account Manager. Agency experience isn't essential for the role and we will consider in house applicants, preferably with experience of working with big brands.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- To take overall responsibility for accounts in the sector of expertise and to develop this area in line with the agreed business plan and budget
- Management of team members (in line with responsibility) assigned to the Manager/Director whether on a permanent or project based nature
- Developing a business plan and budget with the Group Head
- Developing strategies to achieve new business and grow existing business
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of client external and internal operations and market place
- Management of client workflows across the team to ensure all clients receive their expected
service
- Management and development of team members
- Technical outstanding in the work of marketing and PR
- Technical outstanding in the ability to strategically run and grow accounts
- Able to take on high levels of responsibility and deliver quality output
