National Account Co-ordinator - Beauty Products
Based SW London
Salary £18-20,000 A fantastic opportunity, with a globally recognised brand name in beauty and fragrance products.
The role will involve providing administrative support to National Account Managers and would suit someone with a genuine passion for the cosmetics and fragrance sector, who has strong computer, numeracy and communication skills. A good knowledge of cosmetics and fragrance retailers would be a distinct advantage.
KEY TASKS
Data analysis of Sales data and other ad hoc analysis as required
Monitor retailer sales and stock systems to ensure consistency with internal data and monitor overstocks/possible returns
Coordinating samples for sending out to each account at key launch times
Coordinating the implementation of account promotional plans and calendars
Liaise with the Marketing team to implement the cosmetic promotional programme for all accounts
Support Account Managers with range reviews / trackers, stand layouts and retailer planograms
Coordinate promotions, new listings, stock levels and deal with other general queries
Devise and write monthly cosmetics bulletin for merchandising groups and store managers
Maintain sales databases for product codes and bar codes
Carry out monthly store and pricing checks in all accounts
Ad hoc reporting requirements as dictated by retailers and NAMs
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED A keen passion to work in a Sales environment and a good understanding of the sector and retailers concerned.
Excellent numeracy and analysis skills
Sound knowledge of Excel and Work and PowerPoint packages
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Good attention to detail and level of accuracy
Strong team player with ability to effectively listen, contribute and influence
Ability to work with autonomy and use initiative on areas of specific responsibility
Able to demonstrate a pro-active attitude and flexible approach
